The role of the Usher is important because ushers are representatives of Christ and our church. They are the first contact new comers meet; therefore they must usher worshipers into the house of the Lord with warm and friendly smiles. People who are called to this ministry must have a positive, loving, and welcoming attitude.The Hospitality Ministry is compose of a unique group of greeters showing the love of Jesus Christ while touching people's lives. It is the desire of ECOD for everyone who enters our doors to feel a warm and genuine love of Jesus Christ from the moment they touch the grounds.
